Service Call & Diagnostic Fee

A service call includes travel to the customer’s location and an initial diagnostic evaluation of the appliance or repair issue. The diagnostic process involves inspecting the unit and identifying the cause of the malfunction when possible.

The service call and diagnostic fee covers labor for assessment only and does not include repairs, replacement parts, or additional labor. If the customer approves and proceeds with the recommended repair, the service call fee will be applied toward the total cost of the repair. All repair costs will be reviewed and approved by the customer prior to work being performed.

To accommodate urgent situations, Saturday appointments are reserved for emergency repairs only. This schedule allows us to maintain reliable service during regular business hours while remaining available for critical appliance issues that require immediate attention.
